Welcome to the Sedona Bailliage de la Chaine des Rotisseurs, the leading
gastronomic and culinary organization in Northern Arizona, dedicated to
the promotion and enjoyment of the culinary arts ,oenology and
Our chapter was formed in 1990 and we have become a vibrant group of
over 70 members who share a passion for the pleasures of the table. As
one of the largest chapters per capita, we organize about 6 dinner events
a year, fine, casual and educational, with each event providing our
members with the opportunity to expand their knowledge of food and wine.
Membership is by invitation only.
Our chapter maintains a close relationship with the fine dining culinary
professionals in our area, many of whom are members.
The traditional Chaine concept has always been to bring together
professional and non professional members worldwide who have a mutual
interest in the fine food, fine wine and fine friends. In furtherance of this
concept, our chapter hosted several members of the Bailliage de Turquie
in April of 2009. Among those in attendance was the Bailli of Turquie,
Mohamad Hammam and the National President of the Chaine, George
Brown both of whom participated with Bailli Barbara Breitbart (now
Chambellan Provincial, Far West) in a Chaine and Mondial Induction. The
Turkish Bailliage has invited the Sedona Bailliage to visit them in return
and we hope to be able to visit them in in the near future. This concept of
inviting members of foreign chapters to our city and participating with us
in Chaine events is one we hope to continue.
We also would like to invite our Chaine brothers and sisters from the
United States to join us in twinning events and share the camaraderie and
pleasures of the table with us in our beautiful red rock city.
